We announce that Eduardo Miron will return to the role of Independent Board Member in FriGol’s Board of Directors starting in January 2025, moving the FriGol’s executive leadership to Luciano Pascon as the new CEO. This transition is fully aligned with the strategic plan agreed three years ago, when Miron was invited to take on the executive leadership, committed to propel the company into a phase of growth and transformation.

During his tenure, Miron successfully implemented a series of essential initiatives to strengthen the company and expand its market presence. His experience and strategic vision were key to achieving important goals and providing a solid foundation for the future.

As a Board Member, Miron will play the role of coordinator of the Strategic Plan thru the respective Committee, supporting decisions to ensure the company’s sustainability and competitiveness. He will also be the Board Member responsible for the relationship with Key and Strategic Clients in the Chinese market.
Luciano Pascon, who will return as CEO in January 2025, brings extensive experience in the meatpacking sector and alignment with FriGol’s values, culture, and challenges. He worked for FriGol for 13 years in the past and held the position of CEO from 2016 to 2020.

Luciano will keep focus on the continuity and evolution of the Operational Efficiency – one of top strategic priorities of FriGol – as well as on the enhancing of the Governance.
